2023-24 Academic All-PacWest Team
LONG BEACH, Calif. – A total of 84 Academy of Art University student-athletes were named 2023-24 Academic All-Pacific West Conference in an announcement by the conference media relations office today. Based on performances in the classroom over their cumulative collegiate careers, 1,900 student-athletes from the conference's 11 member institutions earned the distinction.
All student-athletes chosen for the Academic All-PacWest honor met a set of specific criteria including a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, must have completed two academic semesters at the institution, and must have competed in at least one regular season game/competition.
Award winners were represented by each of Academy of Art's 13 sports which are sponsored by the PacWest Conference. For the sixth consecutive year, women's soccer led the way with 17 representatives while softball's 15 selections came in second, and women's track & field rounded out the department's top three with 10 honors.
