2023 (XC): Competed in four meets ... ran an 8k season-best 26:33.1 and had his best placement (28th) at the Kim Duyst Twilight Meet.
Previous Experience: Achab is a transfer from Junia Hei and a graduate from Lycée Thérèse D'Avila both in Lille, France ... competed in track & field at both of his previous schools ... placed third in the 800m at the U23 National Championship ... ran an indoor lifetime-best of 1:50.21 in the 800m at the VS Indoor 2023 ... posted an outdoor lifetime-best of 1:47.22 in the 800m at the Meeting de Cergy-Pontoise ... offered 400m lifetime-bests of 49.28 (indoor at Journée Open CA à MA) and 49.11 (outdoor at Meeting des Abeilles) ... club team finished third at Nationals.
