2024 (T&F): Ran indoor lifetime-bests of 1:13.45 in the 600yd at the Rumble in the Jungle Invite as well as 1:22.74 in the 600m and a season-best 1:55.96 in the 800m at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic ... ran outdoor lifetime-bests of 49.35 in the 400m at the Brutus Hamilton Invite, 1:51.85 in the 800m at the PacWest Championship, and a season-best 4:11.06 in the 1500m at the PLNU Track & Field Invite.

2023 (XC): Competed in five meets ... ran an 8k season-best 26:57.4 and had his best placement (37th) at the Kim Duyst Twilight Meet.

2023 (T&F): 2022-23 Academic All-PacWest Team ... ran indoor season-bests of 50.32 in the 400m at the WSU Open & Combined Events, 1:54.55 in the 800m at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier, and 4:30.07 in the mile at the Marlin Invite ... ran outdoor season-bests of 49.82 in the 400m at the Brutus Hamilton Invite, 1:53.53 in the 800m at the PacWest Championship, and 4:07.84 in the 1500m at the Cardinal Classic.

2022 (XC): 2022-23 Academic All-PacWest Team ... competed in six meets ... ran an 8k season-best 26:14.8 and had his best placement (35th) at the PacWest Championship ... ran a 10k season-best 35:04.1 at NCAA West Regionals.

Previous Experience: Lacour competed on the Rancho Bernardo High School varsity cross country team for two years and the varsity track & field team for three years ... improved every season in the 400m and 800m with his top marks settling at 49.72 and 1:55.38 in 2022 ... personal record in the 800m put him third at the CIF San Diego Section Finals ... added his best 1600m of 4:30.47.
