In 2005, LaCrosse founded and was Director of Operations of Major League Stars Soccer Clinics. These advanced clinics were geared towards high school student-athlete soccer players with goals of moving on to the college level.
He brought aboard USA National Team Captain and World Cup 2006 USA standout Jimmy Conrad to help develop the program and to train student-athletes though positive coaching and positive reinforcement techniques.
For the past six years, LaCrosse has directed the Burlingame Men’s Soccer League which features many previous World Cup participants. LaCrosse was also player/manager for FC Allegra.
