Previous Experience: Simmons was a two-sport athlete at Patrick Henry High School in San Diego ... he competed as a sprinter for track & field in 2009 and as a cornerback/wide receiver for fotball in 2005 and 2008 ... All-League in football and were CIF contenders ... team captain in track & field.
