2010: Long achieved her personal best on a 5k course (19:53.4) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational on Oct. 16 ... had her top finish (16th) at the Mills Invitational on Sept. 18.

Career: Kylie Long was a three-sport athlete (track, soccer, cross country) at West Ranch High School in Stevenson Ranch, CA ... competed in the 200m, 400m, 800m, distance medley relay, and 4x800m during her three years of track ... played soccer for one year as a forward and ran cross country for one season ... captured the Varsity Coaches Award for 2010 ... placed 4th in the California State Indoor Championship in the 800m ... was a finalist in Foothill league finals (800m) as well as a CIF finalist (800m) ...  on the National Record team in 4x800m and distance medley relay which she lists as her biggest athletic thrill.
