This past week, senior forward Isaiah Williams helped out Academy of Art men’s basketball in a big way, especially in the Urban Knights’ win against Menlo on Feb. 8 to go 2-0 on the week.

In the win over the Oaks, Williams secured a tie for his career-high in points (26) with a 50 percent field goal percentage from the field, and helped boost his team over Menlo in the final minutes to take the 84-72 victory. The native of Oklahoma City additionally collected four steals in the first half, leading his team on the defensive end. On the week, the Communications & Media Technologies major averaged 4.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game.

Within the Pacific West Conference ranks, Williams currently stands in seventh in scoring overall (14.5 ppg, highest on team) and ninth in steals per game (1.9).
