Showing his skills up against solely NCAA Division I talent in the 400m Premiere, Shaquille Howard offered a season best at Arizona State's 35th Sun Angel Classic. He wedged himself between sprinters from Penn State and host Arizona State with a 46.66 which serves now the #2 time in all of NCAA DII.

The mark made him and teammate Jordan Edwards the top two 400m competitors in the country after the latter's automatic qualifying mark last weekend in the Pepsi Florida Relays.
