Redshirt freshman Mobolade Ajomale started his collegiate career with a bang on Jan. 16, automatically qualifying for the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championship meet in his first 200m race.

He finished first of 22 sprinters in the Ed Jacoby Invitational & Multi event, going 21.24 for a top-two mark in the country. The time was also second in ART U program history. Later in the day, Ajomale also contributed to an ART U men's 4x400m relay that finished second.
