Arcata, Calif-- The Humboldt State Lumberjacks (1-2-0) blanked the visiting Academy of Art Urban Knights 3-0 Monday evening in Arcata, CA.  The Urban Knights fall to 0-3 and will have their home opener this Wednesday, September 3 at 3:00pm, when they host the Fresno-Pacific University Sunbirds at Kezar Stadium.

The only  shot of the match came at the 12 minute mark of the second period off the foot of Theresa Sianez but was blocked by goalkeeper Kelly Sandberg.  The Jacks out shot the Urban Knights 16-1.

Academy of Art's Shelby Magallon recorded six saves in goal for the Urban Knights in her second start of the season.
