2009 Season: Was voted to the PacWest Conference First Team... voted to the PacWest Conference Top 10 Honor Roll nine out of 11 times...earned two player of the week honors...Led the PacWest in kills... finished with a conference high 248 kills...averaged 4.51 kills per set....Overall, led the team with 518 kills and 374 digs...Notched nine matches with 20 or more kills...recorded a season high 26 kills and 25 digs in the final match against Dixie State College on Nov. 13... Finished with 56 total blocks... recorded season high 7 blocks versus Seattle Pacific Univ. on Sept. 3...One of three players to play in all 119 sets this season.

2008 Season: Led the Urban Knights in kills (396), attacks (850), and service aces (27) ... finished second in digs (220) ... had an individual record 28 kills at Humboldt State (Sept. 6) ... posted six service aces versus Holy Names (Sept. 13) ... tallied five total blocks at Mills (Sept. 19) ... recorded a .704 hitting percentage (22k, 3e, 27att) against Notre Dame de Namur (Oct. 11) ... registered five assists at Chaminade (Oct. 28) ... had 16 digs against Hawaii Pacific (Oct. 29) ... played in all 29 matches and 106 sets ... averaged 3.74 kills per game, 2.08 digs per game, and 0.40 blocks per game.

Seward Community College: Yang played one season and was named NJCAA Second Team All-American ... had a record-breaking season where she broke the single season record for kills (860) and kills per game (5.85).
