2020 (T&F): 2019-20 Academic All-PacWest ... ran a personal-best 3:15.92 in the indoor 1000m at the Spartan Invite ... posted a personal-best 5:29.42 in the indoor mile at the Great Dane Classic ... offered season-bests of 2:28.48 (outdoor 800m) and 4:58.05 (outdoor 1500m) at the Kim Duyst Invite.

2019 (XC): 2019-20 Academic All-PacWest ... competed in five meets ... ran a 5k personal-best 19:49.5 at the Biola Invite ... offered a 6k season-best 23:25.3 at the PacWest Championship ... had her top placement (28th) at the Kim Duyst Invite.

2019 (T&F):  2018-19 Academic All-PacWest ... ran a personal-best 4:46.21 in the outdoor 1500m at the PacWest Championship ... offered a personal-best 2:28.63 in the outdoor 800m at the Hornet Invite.

2018 (XC): 2018-19 Academic All-PacWest ... competed in five meets ... ran a 6k personal-best 23:20.9 and had her top placement (44th) at the University of San Francisco Invite.

2018 (T&F): Ran outdoor season-bests of 2:24.92 in the 800m at the Kim Duyst Invite and 4:49.28 in the 1500m at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite.

2017 (XC): Redshirted as a freshman.

Previous Experience: Winter was a four year letter winner in cross country and two-year letter winner in track & field at Westview High School ... 2013 First Team All-League and Best Newcomer Female in cross country ... two-time Second Team All-League (2015, 2016) in cross country ... cross country team captain and Coaches Award recipient in 2016 ... won CIF SD Section Championship ... personal bests of 5:14.27 (1600m) and 11:31.87 (3200m) ... 2016 Most Improved Athlete and 2017 team captain in track & field ... also competed as a soccer athlete with various club teams including PQ Premier (2005-08), FC San Diego (2008-9, earned MVP award), and San Diego Soccer Club (2009-12).
