Biography

2020: Ran a personal-best 1:01.19 in the indoor 400m as well as season-bests of 8.17 in the 60m and 26.14 in the 200m at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic.

2019: 2019 USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region (4x400m) ... 2019 All-PacWest Second Team (400m, 4x400m) ... posted indoor season-bests in the 60m (8.10) at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic and in the 200m (25.03) at the BU Last Chance Meet ... turned in outdoor season-bests in the 100m (12.67) and 400mH (1:11.26) at the East Bay Invite ... added outdoor season-bests in the 200m (24.81) at the Hornet Invite and in the 400m (55.38) at the PacWest Championship.

Previous Experience: Avila was a four-year varsity letter winner in track & field at Carondelet High School ... ran a personal record 12.22 in the 100m at the 2017 NCS Tri-Valley Championship and added a personal best 25.09 in the 200m at the NCS Meet of Champions that same year.
