Freshman Bryan Fisher had his first double-double of his college career as he helped lead the Urban Knights to their second victory in Kezar Pavilion last Saturday in a 72-55 win over Holy Names. The Aliso Viejo, CA native had 13 points and 11 assists, and almost had a triple-double after setting a school record with six steals. The 11 assists were one away from the school record of 12 dishes, set by Weleh Dennis in 2010.
So far this year, Fisher has been part of a strong corps of freshmen players for the Knights, averaging 31.4 minutes per game (second on the team), 8.3 points per game (fourth), 4.9 rebounds per game (fourth), and 3.7 assists per game (second).
