Dinesha Bean finished off her senior indoor season with a bang, securing two NCAA Division II All-American trophies at the 2014 NCAA DII National Championships in Winston-Salem, NC. Individually, she captured an All-American honor in the 60m hurdles and later helped the Urban Knights' 4x400m relay team place second overall.

In the 60mH prelims on Mar. 15, Bean delivered an 8.52 which led her to a seventh place finish, ensuring her All-American status. On Mar. 16, the senior was right in the mix in the middle of 60mH final pack with her new season-low of 8.42 en route to fifth place overall. Bean then ran the opening leg of ART U's 4x400m relay, keeping pace with Mary, whom the Urban Knights ended up passing in the final tenths of a second to win their heat and go on to garner All-American honors as well.

"Bean has been working her way back from injury all indoor season and represented herself well," head coach Charles Ryan said. "All-American and top 5 finish in the 60mH? We will take that! I'm proud of her."
