2022: Delivered indoor season-bests 7.40 in the 60m at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown and 22.63 in the 200m at the BU Last Chance Meet ... turned in outdoor personal-bests of 11.06 in the 100m and 21.71 in the 200m as well as a season-best 49.81 in the 400m all at the PacWest Championships.

2021: Did not compete.

2020: Delivered a personal record 49.02 in the indoor 400m at the GVSU Big Meet ... posted indoor season-bests of 7.90 in the 60m at the Great Dane Classic and 22.42 in the 200m at the UW Invite.

2019: 2019 USTFCCCA Indoor First Team All-America (4x400m) ... 2019 USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region (400m, 4x400m) ... 2019 USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region (200m, 4x400m) ... 2019 All-PacWest First Team (4x400m), Second Team (400m) ... delivered an indoor personal record in the 200m (22.08) at the GVSU Big Meet and a season-best in the 400m (51.23) at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic ... put up outdoor personal records in the 200m (21.67 w: 2.7) and 400m (47.57) at the PacWest Championship.

2018: 2018 All-PacWest Third Team (4x400m) ... posted an indoor personal record in the 60m (7.16) and season-best in the 200m (23.96) at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi ... offered an outdoor personal record in the 100m (11.35) at the PacWest Championship, a season-best in the 200m (21.98) at the Sacramento State Open, and another season-best 400m (51.12) at the East Bay Invite.
