Ethan Forbes' season-best 8k time was one of four for the seventh-place men's team.

Bettering his previous season best by over 30 seconds, Forbes went 25:38.4 for a finish in 32nd overall (27 points toward team score) out of 81 competitors. He was followed by identical 27:19.5 marks from both junior
Vaughn Lacour in 56th (43 points toward team score) and freshman
Bethwel Kibet in 57th (44 points toward team score) who offered their fastest 8k times of the year by over a minute and by over 40 seconds respectively. Junior
Taj-Leon Wisdom's new personal record of 30:50.1 (more than a 20-second improvement) led him to 69th (56 points toward team score) while graduate student
Shareez Hamm ended 78th (65 points toward team score) at 37:40.4.
In terms of the team scoring, Academy of Art (235) placed seventh in front of Dominican (261), Hawaii Pacific (263), and others. The top squad to finish was Azusa Pacific (29) with the tandem of Jared Wright (23:51.7) and Felix Perrier (24:00.4) in the first two individual spots.
Leading the pack at the second split, Southern posted her fastest time since her season-best on
Sept. 28, going 21:24.3 for seventh overall out of 97 runners. It was her sixth time leading ART U this season as well as her sixth among the top seven. Meanwhile, graduate student
Lina Hanich placed 32nd, sporting a time of 22:39.2.
A season-best 23:39.6 was turned in by senior
Michaela Andrews in 46th (42 points toward team score) while junior
María Martín followed in 78th (65 points toward team score) at 26:50.2 and sophomore
Toni-Ann Lindsay placed 89th (76 points toward team score) with a time of 30:05.1.
ART U (222) secured eighth overall ahead of Chaminade (260) and UH Hilo (280). Individually, Azusa Pacific's Jessica Kampman (20:28.1) captured the title, but Biola (29) trio in the top five led the Eagles to the best team finish.
For those who qualify, next up will be NCAA Division II West Regionals taking place at Amend Park in Montana on Nov. 9.
