Final Results

Goodyear, AZ--- Academy of Art's Stuart Favretto shot an 80 on Tuesday in the final round of the Thunderbird Invite at Palm Valley Golf Club hosted by Grand Canyon University to finish with an overall score of 224, placing him in a three-way tie for 53rd place.

Despite his drop on day two, in his first two rounds on Monday, Favretto shot rounds of 75 and 69, placing him in a tie at for 17th place.

Matt Garcia slipped to 72nd place after shooting an 80 in his final round for a combined total of 230 (77-73-80).

Erik Majzner  shaved 11 strokes off of his last round score, to move up to 74th place after carding a combined total of 272 (77-83-72). While Dave Carney who sat in a tie for 74th place at the end of day one, finished the final day in 81st place shooting 79-77-82 --238

The Urban Knights return to the course next week when they take part in the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational hosted by Cal State Stanislaus.
