68th-Annual SoCal Intercollegiate Final Results 

SANTEE, Calif. – Playing in the final round of the 68th-Annual SoCal Intercollegiate, Academy of Art men's golf tied their second-lowest team score of the tournament. With 303 strokes, the Urban Knights finished in ninth-place overall, four behind Cal State San Bernardino.
 
Junior Lawrence Liang continued the best tournament of his career, tying for 12th with 223 strokes overall. Liang shot a 79 on Tuesday after putting up scores of 73 and 71 in the first and second round respectively. He also tied for the tournament's second-most birdies, finishing with 13.
 
Sophomore Gabriel De Leon Manotoc's 76 strokes gave him a tie for 17th-place while freshman Matthew Watkins produced ART U's lowest score in the final round (72). Watkins jumped 16 spots to tie for 35th after sitting in 51st after two rounds of play and freshman Jack Rodewald was the Knights' final scorer with 236 strokes (T51st).
 
Academy of Art will now finish a streak of three tournaments in as many weeks when they head to Turlock for the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational April 2-3.
