PacWest Conference Weekly Awards (Mar. 12)
 

IRVINE, Calif. – For the second straight week, junior Iveta Posledni of Academy of Art women's golf has been named the Pacific West Conference Golfer of the Week. The award is for the week of Mar. 12, and it is the third PacWest weekly honor of her career.
 
Posledni finished in fifth place with a 5-over-par 149 at the CSUSM Fujikura Invitational at the Shadowridge Country Club on Monday. Her score helped the Urban Knights to finish in second place out of 14 teams at the tournament. The best round for Posledni was her second round, where she shot an even-par 72.
 
It is back-to-back weeks that Posledni has been named the PacWest Golfer of the Week, as she earned the honor last week after finishing in second place at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout. She also earned the award once last season, coming on Feb. 14, 2019.
