PacWest Conference Weekly Awards (Mar. 7)
IRVINE, Calif. – Making it now back-to-back Urban Knights with PacWest Golfer of the Week awards, sophomore
Anahi Servin took home her third honor of the 2018-19 season following a second-place finish at Cal State East Bay's
Tim Tierney Shootout. The award is based on tournaments between Feb. 27-Mar. 5.
The Paraguay native shot a 72 and 73 to end one stroke above par after two rounds and claimed a spot on the All-Tournament Team. The ART U women's team finished in second place after two rounds. This is Servin's highest finish since she led Academy of Art to a tournament championship by claiming the individual title at the Dixie State Invitational on
Oct. 2.
Coming after
Iveta Posledni's award on
Feb. 14, this was Servin's third honor of the season after she earned PacWest Golfer of the Week twice in the fall (
Sept. 13,
Oct. 4). It was the seventh in her ART U career.
