WGCA 2019-20 Division II All-American Teams
CORAL SPRINGS, Calif. – Another round of postseason honors was awarded to Academy of Art women's golf this week as junior
Anahi Servin was announced as a 2019-20 Women's Golf Coaches Association Division II All-American Honorable Mention.
"I am very happy for Anahi making All-American Honorable Mention honors," said head coach
Mitch Lowe. "Although it was a shortened season, Anahi was brilliant in her leadership of the team."
It is the second time this season that Servin has been honored by the WGCA, as she was the only Pacific West Conference golfer to be selected to the WGCA Division II All-Region West Team. These honors come after a stellar sophomore campaign in which Servin was named to the
2019 All-American Team after earning her second consecutive
PacWest Golfer of the Year honor with her second
PacWest Tournament individual title.
In four tournaments during the 2019-20 season, Servin carded an average score of 74.75, just +2.75-over-par in eight rounds. The best round of the year came at the
Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout at Chuck Corica Golf Complex on March 2-3, as Servin placed fourth with a final stroke count of 2-over-par 146. In that same tournament was where she turned in her best round of the season, shooting an even-par 72 which helped the Urban Knights to a third-place finish as a team.
